Secretary Last month’s meeting minutes read by Ryan Horvath (Sarah was present but sick) Treasurer Report Deb Brown handed out a copy of the treasurer’s report and read through the listed items. The items are as follows:  Open Balance 6461.55  End balance 9/10/2016 $11,823.79 Board Member Update On 9/11/2016 Vice President Amanda Readinger resigned over a phone call after speaking with President Ryan Horvath and confirming to Secretary Sarah Rhoads due to personal reasons. Nominations for Vice President were Martha Marchiano 1st by Sarah, 2nd by Deb, and Rich Reinhart 1st by Jeremy Baer, 2nd by Paul Correll Rich Reinhart was not present for the meeting so Ryan will talk with Rich about being nominated. Cheerleading  Warm ups will be ordered  Competition shirt design was decided color of shirts will be Black with Pink letters  Megaphone order $40.00 1st by Deb, 2nd by Martha

Football Safety guidelines are set for players safety, if a child is injured or taken off the field Practice/game the child cannot come back to play without a Dr. Note specifying the injury or checkup and the time frame that the child needs to remain out of play or practices and/or any restrictions per Dr, orders. Just a reminder Coach Rhoads is the Player Safety Coach.

 S.V. Scrimmage Oct. 15th Midgets only @S.V. game time TBD but most likely around 10am with Hamburg senior night in Hamburg starting at 7pm
