The cases were diagnosed clinically Mansuriyah,As Salif,Al Qanawis,AlHali,Al Chol AlHodaidah Center, rural Hospital,Alshabia HU,Alzaydia Rural according to case definition,The most cases were investigated by rapid test for vibrio cholera and result were 150 0 Hawak,Ad Dahi,Al Mina,Jabal H,Althawra public H,Almansouria rural H,Other negative . Appropriate treatment were given according to severity of symptoms and dehydration. Ras,AzZuhrah,Zabid,Al Garrahi The eIDEWS coordinator contacted the contact and the information was exchanged. 6 cases were clinically diagnosed, according to the case definition, and one died. 3 cases from the present: Reham Mounir 6 years old with 3 doses from the present July 7 Khadija Qasim 10 years 3 doses restaurant. From the current constructions. Nadia Hammoud Mohammed Omar 9 years old, restaurant with 3 doses. Gori Yasser Ahmed, DIPH AlHodaidah Al Hawak Althawra public H 6 1 two years old, is not present in the Sokhna Restaurant - Al Kabniyah. eIDEWS coordinator contacted focal points,information shared,then HF visited by eIDEWS coordinator.The cases diagnosed clinically according to the case definition. Antibiotics treatment were given . the case,the date PERT Al-Jawf Al Hazm,Al Hamidat Al Hazm Hospital 18 0 of illness onset were & the date of case admission,The cases were vaccinated against Pertussis ,. There were no collection of cases seen in the same place

Rapid response team contacted focal point by eIDEWS coordinator & HF visited, cases diagnosed clinically according to case definition. no Stool samples(C/S & serotyping) collected from cases & sent to lab (Central labs)for confirmation. Supplements & antibiotics treatment were given(case management)all them were from Chol Al-Jawf Al Hazm,Al Ghayl,Al Khalq Al Hazm Hospital,Al Ghail Health Center & no of them from other governorates ,same districts of that governorates. Rapid tests of 14 1 cholera were negative for 0 watery stool samples & positive for 1 watery stool samples no collected , so stool C/s not done for 0 positive sample & the result of stool C/s still pending. There were no collection or cluster of cases seen in the same Place,one case was dead

Surveillance coordinator contacted HFs focal points, information's shared. Blood samples were collected from Al Matammah,Kharab Al Marashi,Al Al Marashi Health Center,Al Khalq Health Center,Al Masloob the cases except one case was not collected and sent for lab confirmation . the cases onset of fever, skin rash MEAS Al-Jawf 4 0 Khalq,Al Maslob Health Center ,2 cases were vaccinated and 2 cases other were unvaccination against measles. Vit-A were given to the cases, in order to support THIER immunity against complications of measles.

The cases were diagnosed clinically AlMahwait City,Milhan,AlMahwait,alKhabt according to case definition,The most cases were investigated by rapid test for vibrio cholera and the result Chol Al-Mahweet Al Arkob HC,Numan HU,Aljoumhwri H,Other 39 0 Hufash,, one case was positive and other cases were negative. Appropriate treatment were given according to severity of symptoms and dehydration.

All cases were diagnosed clinically DF Al-Mahweet Bani Sa'd,Al Khabt,Al Mahwait,Milhan Bani Sa`d Hospital,Mlhan Health Center according to case definition, the most cases were investigated by RDT for dengue fever and the results were 23 0 positive for 8 cases Appropriate treatment was given according to severity of symptoms

The Governorate epidemiological surveillance coordinator investigated and collected information about cases, eIDWES coordinator contacted him. information was shared, the cases were diagnosed clinically according to MEAS Al-Mahweet Ar Rujum Other case definition. The 2 case were females (one case less one year of age), one case was vaccinated against 2 0 measles (3 doses). All the required data on the cases have been entered into the electronic system. The blood samples were send to central Lab in Sanaa for investigation.

eIDEWS coordinator contacted the focal point, information was shared. The case was diagnosed clinically according to case definition. The case was male (his age was 10 Years). He was vaccinated against diphtheria (3 DIPH Al-Mahweet Al Mahwait City Aljoumhwri H doses). All the required data on the case have been entered into the electronic system. The throat swab sample 1 0 were send to central Lab in Sanaa for investigation Focal RRT was visit village and treated the contact persons with the affected person. People were also educated in this village.

The eIDEWS coordinator and the DRRT contacted the focal points at the health facility by phone to ensure that the cases were in conformity with the standard case definition of pertussis,The cases data were also uploaded to the data entrants The cases data were entered in the line list of suspected pertussis cases and submitted to PERT Amana As Sabain,Az'zal As Sabin Hospital,Azal Complex the central level of the program in the eIDEWS system there are no collection of cases in the same place 2 0 Treatment by antibiotics were done ,The cases were unvaccinated against pertussis The cases were reported on a daily basis in the daily reports and communications to the governorate operations the ministry of health officials and the eIDEWS program The surveillance coordinator in the governorate and eIDEWS Coordinator DRRT contacted the focal points at the health facility the information was exchanged by phone and it became clear that the cases conformed with the standard definition then the HF visited The focal points made an immediate notification in the eIDEWS AsSabain,Bani AlHarith,AlWahdah As Sabin Hospital,Phalastain Hospital,Almutwkl H,Scinces system they wrote the investigation forms and took blood samples for the cases and delivered them to the MEAS Amana Maain,Shu'Aub,Aththaorah, Assafi'yah,At 38 2 and Tecnology H,Alulfi HC surveillance coordinator in the governorate to deliver them to the central laboratory to ensure the diagnosis of Tahrir,Az'zal,Sana'a Old cases then the HF visited ,They were unvaccinated against measles The cases were given vitamin A to enhance their immunity and to avoid any complications of the disease There are a collection of cases seen adjacent to the cases,2 cases were dead

The eIDEWS coordinator and the DRRT contacted the focal point at the health facility by phone to ensure that the case was in conformity with the standard case definition of diphtheria The case was a male his age was greater than 5 years old The case data were also uploaded to the data entrants by DRRT The case data were entered in the line list of suspected cholera cases and submitted to the central level of the program in the eIDEWS system the focal point sent an immediate notification to the eIDEWS system there is no collection of DIPH Amana Maain 22 May Hospital cases in the same place no rapid test done and the case was reported in the daily reports and communications 1 0 to the governorate operations the ministry and the program The DRRT collect a throat swab sent to the central labs for confirmation by CS The case was given anti-toxin against diphtheria and the patient is still under treatment and the rapid response team took the necessary measures including taking a throat swab writing an investigation form and doing health education for contacts and later came to contacts at home and gave them preventive medicines and educational instructions to prevent the spread of the disease among them

Symptoms signs of a case were fever sore throat , grey-whitish pseudo- membrane , swelling of neck lymph-nodes(Bull neck) , difficulty of swallowing breathing. Antibiotic treatment was given case management done. Throat swab smear were not taken .The number of cases was One female . DIPH Dhamar Jahran Alwahda university H 1 0 her demographic and clinical information as follow : her name Aeshah Ali Ali Al khowry age 18 years . The date of illness onset was in 3 - 04 -2021. The date of admission at HF was in 6 - 04 - 2021. The case from Dhamar governorate Jahran district. She was unvaccinated against Diphtheria . She receive antitoxin for diphtheria. The case still alive under antibiotic treatment. Her close contacts were given prophylactic antibiotics.
