Gather LIVE around Igloo and Goliath's lawn at 10:00am to watch these friendly brothers get fed their favourite food - fruit and veggies. You'll learn a lot from the presenting zoo keeper, including where Aldabra tortoises originated from, how much they eat, and much more about the species. 10:30 Morning See the cheekiest otters at the zoo come out and play! The Asian small-clawed otters, Daisy & Percival love their food Otters and the keepers that bring it to them. Their aquatic home allows you to enjoy a clear view of these playful creatures LIVE enjoying an interactive session, while you learn about what makes them so unique. 11:15 Tiger Discover fun facts about tigers at the Tiger Keeper Talk daily from 11:15 at the Tiger Temple. Find out what it's like to Keeper interact with these fabulous felines every day. The expert keepers will share everything you've wanted to know about Talk these beautiful endangered cats while the tigers themselves watch on. Wildlife Every day in the Crocoseum the Zoo is taking on the world's conservation issues and protecting the animal Warriors kingdom, and they want you to join the army of Wildlife Warriors! Show Come on a journey of discovery and learn all about the incredible world of giant snakes, colourful, soaring birds and Steve Irwin's favourite animal in the entire world - the impressive saltwater crocodile. Woo-hoo! 13:30 Koalas Do you know why koalas can sleep up to 20 hours a day? Did you know they're not actually bears? Come and admire LIVE the best known Aussie icon, and learn all about the amazing habits of this unique and adorable species, including how you can help them in the wild. 14:00 Tiger Watch one of Australia Zoo's majestic Sumatran or Bengal tigers demonstrate their natural behaviours in the popular Show Tiger Show from 2:00pm daily at Tiger Temple. Observe tigers showcasing their impressive speed, agility and confidence both on land, and in water. That's right - unlike the domestic cat, these big cats LOVE water - you might even be lucky enough to see them swimming in the only underwater viewing area for tigers in the Southern Hemisphere! The expert tiger keepers will teach you everything you've wanted to know about this beautiful and critically endangered species, including the simple ways that you can help bring them back from the brink of extinction. Join the team for a Crocs special afternoon croc feeding session that includes question time, so you can learn exactly why the keeps think 'Crocs LIVE! Rule'! The location is different each day, so please listen for announcements or ask at the Information Desk to find out which croc is being fed on that afternoon. 15:00 Birds of Birds of prey are an impressive sight to see, and at Australia Zoo you can marvel at a wedge-tailed eagle, powerful owl, Prey barking owl and blue-winged kookaburra in all their glory. Birds of Prey demonstration is on at 15:00 daily. It's a great LIVE opportunity to admire these beautiful birds up close, learn from the passionate keepers and appreciate how spectacular these animals really are.
