This past year, I have been privileged to watch our members individually, and our association as a group, stand up to challenges and pressures and adverse events. I’ve Katrina Smith watched individuals exhibit extraordinary leadership, rare determination, amazing creativity, and admirable ethics. As our industry and our association EVOLVE into our next phase, we will continue to be faced with new situations, and new challenges. Or what I like to think of better as “new opportunities”. How we respond as an association, and as individuals, will leave its mark on the quality and reputation and value of our services in the decades to come.
