After review and approval of return requests, written authorization will be sent to the customer with a Return Authorization Sticker. This sticker must be attached to the shipment. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. There is a 15% restocking charge on all authorized returns. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. SHORTAGES: When shortages occur, be sure to check carton count prior to signing trucker’s freight bill. Sign only for amount of cartons received. File claims directly with common carrier.
