The second style has pulling features that have the same texture and feel as that of the hold’s face. Just a slight bit more positive than the edges, the incuts allow you to grip the hold in your hand’s natural anatomical position. Incuts can be great for training finger strength and will work different muscle groups in your fingers, hands, and arms depending upon how tightly or loosely you grip the hold.
