DAY 1 – SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH – ARRIVAL (TRANSFER ONLY) • Welcome to Israel!!! Arrival at on Royal Jordanian flight #340 at 11:45pm. You will be met by a representative and escorted through passport control, baggage claim, and customs. • Transfer to the hotel, check-in, relax and unpack. Overnight: Alexander Suites, Tel Aviv

DAY 2 – SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH – TEL AVIV (GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel. • 10:30am - Meet your guide in the hotel lobby and set out on your tour! • 11:00am - Hear the story of this country’s founding at Independence Hall, commemorating the establishment of the state of Israel in 1948. You will see both original exhibits and captivating recreations, transporting you back to the day Israel officially became the Jewish State. • 01:00pm - Go on a tantalizing tour of the hustling and bustling Carmel Market complete with fresh produce, spices, and trinkets. Taste your way through the market and enjoy people- watching in the center of one of Israel's most vibrant cities. • Following the market tour, get a feel for the street art scene in Israel with a fascinating Graffiti Tour. Your guide will take you past numerous art installations around the Nahalat Binyamin neighborhood and explain the stories behind these unique snapshots of the culture and ethos of the region. • Explore the historic neighborhood of Old Jaffa, with its alleyways, Flea Market, and trendy Port area, complete with restaurants and shopping for everyone. • 08:00pm - Dinner reserved at Manta Ray Restaurant, Tel Aviv (on your own). DAY 3 – MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH – COASTAL PLAIN (GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel and check-out. • Explore the magnificent port city of Caesarea including the Roman Amphitheater, Hippodrome, Palace of Herod, and more. • 12:00pm - Learn about the Druze people and culture while meeting with a local family and enjoying their traditional cuisine in Daliyat-El-Carmel. • Explore the ancient crusader city of Akko and venture into the secret Templar Tunnels. • Continue to your hotel in the north and check-in. • Dinner at hotel. DAY 4 – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH – BLACK CANYON (ISRAEL EXTREME GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel. • 07:00am - Pick from your hotel by an Israel Extreme representative. DAY 5 – WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH – GOLAN HEIGHTS / GALILEE (GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel. • Nature stroll through the stunning streams of Tel Dan. • Visit Tel Faher, the former Syrian outpost captured by the IDF in the Six-Day War. This is the site of one of the fiercest military battles in Israeli history. You can still explore the historic Syrian bunkers and trenches, and see the monument dedicated to the brave Golani soldiers who died in this historic battle. • 01:00pm - Go on an interactive tour of Belle Offri, an agricultural farm in northern Israel, including presentations of livestock care and their on-site oil press, wine press, and clay ovens. Experience the principles of ecology and building from recycled materials, recreation of the ancient Golan farming life, and family initiatives in a time of crisis. Lunch included. • Explore the ancient ruins of the village of Capernaum along the coast of the Sea of Galilee. Known in Christianity as one of the three cities cursed by Jesus for its lack of faith, this historical site is home to an ancient synagogue and church, as well as a gorgeous view of the Galilee itself. • Return to the hotel for dinner. DAY 6 – THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH – LOWER GALILEE (GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel. • Explore the mystical city of Tzfat, with its beautiful synagogues, art galleries, candle factory, and much more. • Lunch en-route. • 01:00pm - Enjoy a relaxing yet informative wine tasting at the esteemed Adir Winery. Learn about the methods used by vineyards in the Galilee region of Israel, and how wine production has contributed to the rich history of the Jewish nation. • 02:30pm - Take an exciting ATV ride in Dishon! DAY 7 – FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH – VALLEY (GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel and check-out. • Visit the largest mixed Arab and Jewish city in Israel, Nazareth, including the Church of Annunciation, the Synagogue Church, Mary’s Well, and Mt. Precipice. • Lunch en-route (on your own). • 12:00pm - Visit Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu- an active Kibbutz and their revolutionary ways of organic agriculture. • Drive south through the Jordan Valley. • Welcome to Jerusalem!!! DAY 9 – SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH –JERUSALEM (GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel. • 09:00am - Tour Yad Vashem, Israel’s official Holocaust memorial site and the definitive source for Holocaust education, documentation, and research. DAY 10 – MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16TH – OLD CITY JERUSALEM (GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel. • Tour the Jewish Quarter including a visit to the Cardo, Broad Wall, & Hurva. • Visit the Kotel, or Western Wall, one of the most significant sites in the world for the Jewish people. You’ll have an opportunity to approach this last remaining supporting wall of the Second Temple; Jews come from all over the world to visit and pray at this holy site and many choose to write a prayer on a slip of paper and leave it in the cracks of the wall. • 11:00am - Learn the secrets of the Temple while walking through the Western Wall tunnels. • Lunch en-route (on your own). • Explore the City of David, where your tour will begin with a breathtaking hilltop view of Biblical Jerusalem, and continue on through 3,800 years of history. You will see historical and archaeological finds from both the First and Second Temple periods, and even venture underground to the Gihon Spring. • Wade through Hezekiah’s water tunnel. DAY 11 – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH – JUDEAN DESERT (GUIDE & CAR) (ISRAELI ELECTION DAY) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel. • Ascend to the top of Masada via cable car or on foot, and explore the fascinating remains of King Herod's palace, the roman-style bath house, and the ancient storerooms and watchtowers. Here you'll learn about the significance of the site and the mass suicide that occurred during the Roman siege on the fortress. • Lunch en-route (on your own) • Stroll past the crystal-clear streams of the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, a breathtaking desert oasis featuring a gorgeous waterfall. • Float in the Dead Sea and benefit from the rejuvenating properties of its hypersaline water and mud. DAY 12 – WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18TH – OLD CITY JERUSALEM (GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel and check-out. • Ascend the Mount of Olives and enjoy unrivaled views of the Old City of Jerusalem and learn about the historical significance of this site. The site used to be covered with olive trees, which is how it got its name. • Tour the beautiful and historic Church of the Holy Sepulchre, built during the 4th century by Emperor Constantine. DAY 13 – THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH – PETRA (JORDANIAN GUIDE & CAR) • Full Israeli breakfast at the hotel and check-out. • 10:30am - An Ahalan Olympus representative will meet you in the lobby for your transfer from the hotel to the Arava border crossing, where you’ll cross into Jordan. • Travel to Petra - a local guide will escort you to the famous sites: o Tour the Rose Red Nabatean city. o Enter the city through the Siq and be rewarded with the most famous monument in Jordan: the Treasury. o See the theater, the tombs and façades, the colonnaded street and more… • Drive to Wadi Rum and check-in to the Bedouin camp. • Dinner included at camp. DAY 14 – FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH – WADI RUM (JORDANIAN GUIDE & CAR) • Full Jordanian breakfast at the Bedouin camp and check-out. • Take a jeep tour and see the wonders in Wadi Rum. • Drive back to the Arava Border and cross the border back into Israel. • On the Israeli side of the border, a representative will meet you for your transfer back to the airport. • Transfer to the Airport for flight (check-in is open from 02:30pm) • 04:00pm - Arkia 848 IZ Flight back to Tel Aviv. • 04:45pm - Transfer to Tel Aviv hotel and check-in. • 07:30pm - Dinner reserved at North Abraxas Restaurant, Tel Aviv (on your own) Overnight: Alexander Suites, Tel Aviv
