\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ \\ WELCOME

WELCOME TO THE GOLD COAST INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, where art, music, dance, and drama intersect with everyone’s favorite art form—FILM! We all know what one picture is worth according to the old adage, and in the case of film, one picture can open the door to the entire human experience. It can be pure magic.

Join us as we bring a great American art form home to this fabled region, to the place that was Hollywood before Hollywood; where the glitterati still live and work; where we will see great films for the first time Regina Keller Gil and where filmmakers and artists will share their Founder & Executive Director experiences, ideas and anecdotes. There will be glamorous parties and events that will generate a buzz that will endure in the history of our region.

We are profoundly grateful to the Town of North Hempstead for their dedicated support and understanding of the importance of this film festival to our region and we congratulate and honor former Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Jon Kaiman for the vision, courage and energy he displayed in helping us bring the Gold Coast International Film Festival to life. We also thank Nassau County and County Executive Ed Mangano, as well as our sponsors. As the festival grows, so will the economic vitality and high profile of the north shore.

And we thank you for joining us at the third annual Gold Coast International Film Festival, as we celebrate the art of cinema and add to our rich, cultural identity.
