DAY 1 –ARRIVAL AT ENTEBBE AIRPORT | UGANDA Upon arrival, you will be met and greeted by our local representative who will brief you and transfer you to your accommodation in Entebbe. Overnight at Papyrus Guesthouse Meal Plan – Bed & Breakfast

DAY 2 – TRANSFER TO KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK Very early in the morning, you will have breakfast and then hit the road to one of Africa’s most loved national park. CNN travel ranked this park as one of the best African safari park in 2018, we shall make a stop at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for some rhino tracking and then we proceed with our journey. Kidepo Valley National Park lies in the rugged, semi-arid valleys between Uganda’s borders with Sudan and Kenya, some 700km from Kampala. Gazetted as a national park in 1962, it has a profusion of big game and hosts over 77 mammal species as well as around 475 bird species. Kidepo is Uganda’s most isolated national park, but the few who make the long journey north through the wild frontier region of Karamoja would agree that it is also the most magnificent, for Kidepo ranks among Africa’s finest wildernesses. From Apoka, in the heart of the park, a savannah landscape extends far beyond the Gazetted area, towards horizons outlined by distant mountain ranges. DAY 3 – GAME VIEWING Have breakfast, and then kick off your day with a morning game drive where you will do a game viewing safari in your 4X4 land cruiser and then back to the lodge for some hot lunch in the afternoon we cross Narus valley to go and search for the ostriches in the northern side of the park, then we come back to the lodge in the evening for dinner. DAY 4 – TRANSFER TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK Have breakfast and transfer to Murchison falls national park. It lies at the northern end of the Albertine Rift Valley, where the sweeping Bunyoro escarpment tumbles into vast, palm-dotted savanna. First gazetted as a game reserve in 1926, it is Uganda's largest and oldest conservation area, hosting 76 species of mammals and 451 birds. The Park is bisected by the Victoria , which plunges 45m over the remnant rift valley wall, creating the dramatic Murchison Falls, the centerpiece of the park and the final event in an 80km stretch of rapids. The mighty cascade drains the last of the river's energy, transforming it into a broad, placid stream that flows quietly across the rift valley floor into . This stretch of river provides one of Uganda's most remarkable wildlife spectacles. Regular visitors to the riverbanks include elephants, giraffes and buffaloes; while hippos, Nile crocodiles and aquatic birds are permanent residents. We shall have stopover in Gulu town for hot lunch and then we proceed to Murchison falls and we have an enroute game drive through the park as we approach the lodge. Overnight at Pakuba Safari Lodge Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner DAY 5 - GAME VIEWING & BOAT CRUISE Have breakfast early in the morning, then you will then head out from the lodge as you go out on your morning game drive, later transfer back to the lodge for hot lunch and then your guide will drop you at the dock area for your scheduled boat cruise to the bottom of the falls for -/+3hours and then hike to the top where you guide will pick you up and transfer back to the lodge Overnight at Pakuba Safari Lodge Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

DAY 6 - TRANSFER TO KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK Have breakfast and transfer to Kibale forest national park. The Park contains one of the loveliest and most varied tracts of tropical forest in Uganda. Forest cover, interspersed with patches of grassland and swamp, dominates the northern and central parts of the park on an elevated plateau. Kibale is famously known for Chimpanzee tracking It is home to a total of 70 mammal species, most famously 13 species of primate including the chimpanzee. DAY 7 - CHIMPANZEE TRACKING EXPERIENCE After your breakfast, we shall transfer you to Kanyanchu tourist center for a briefing and orientation by the rangers before setting off for the chimpanzee tracking experience. You will thereafter set off into the forest for the chimpanzee tracking experience. During the chimp tracking experience, you may also encounter other different primate species, as well as different bird species that may be encountered. DAY 8 - TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK Queen Elizabeth National Park is understandably Uganda’s most popular tourist destination. The park’s diverse ecosystems, which include sprawling savanna, shady, humid forests, sparkling lakes and fertile wetlands, make it the ideal habitat for classic big game, ten primate species including chimpanzees and over 600 species of birds. Set against the backdrop of the jagged Rwenzori Mountains, the park’s magnificent vistas include dozens of enormous craters carved dramatically into rolling green hills, panoramic views of the Kazinga Channel with its banks lined with hippos, buffalo and elephants, and the endless Ishasha plains, whose fig trees hide lions ready to pounce on herds of unsuspecting Uganda kob. As well as its outstanding wildlife attractions, Queen Elizabeth National Park has a fascinating cultural history. There are many opportunities for visitors to meet the local communities and enjoy storytelling, dance, music and more. DAY 9 – GAME VIEWING & AFTERNOON BOAT RIDE For a classic African safari experience, the tracks through Kasenyi, the North Kazinga Plains offer virtually guaranteed buffalo, antelope and elephant sightings, along with warthogs and baboons. Rising early in morning or at dusk is the most successful way to track down a pride of lions, and maybe elusive leopards. You will have a morning breakfast and set out for Game Viewing. After Lunch, we shall do a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel, an oasis for many of the fascinating species that inhabit the park, and taking a boat tour along it gives visitors the chance to cruise just meters from hundreds of enormous hippos and buffalos while elephants linger on the shoreline. DAY 10 - TRANSFER TO KAMPALA / ENTEBBE You will have breakfast at leisure and embark on your journey to Entebbe. You will have lunch en-route at the Uganda Equator and some picture moments and proceed to Entebbe to connect to your outbound flight back home.

We are only able to book Chimpanzee Permits on receipt of full payment for them. Once we have secured the Permits, we will notify you via email. Once booked, Chimpanzee Permits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Baggage Allowance This is limited to 15Kgs per person for domestic flights, including hand luggage. Soft sided bags are recommended for Safari in East Africa due to limited space on safari vehicles. Baggage and personal effects are at owners’ risk throughout the tour and baggage’s insurance is highly recommended.
