With transportation needs far in excess of available resources, Kentucky’s 2018 Recommended Highway Plan (Plan) reflects KYTC’s “Safety First” approach, which prioritizes spending to repair more than 1,000 deficient bridges and re-paves more than 5,000 miles of roads throughout the Commonwealth over the next six years.
