ONCE A TROJAN, ALWAYS A TROJAN... Above NBA All-Star and Olympic gold medalist DeMar DeRozan returns home to the Galen and meets with USC’s staff. To the left, Minnesota Tim- berwolves Taj Gibson takes a team pho- to with the Trojans following win over Washington in 2016.

Many of the former USC players fi nd their way back to Galen to visit, get a workout in or spend a night at a game when their NBA teams come into town. Among those frequently swinging by Galen have included Dewayne Dedmon, DeRozan, Gibson, Marcus Johnson, Mar- cus Simmons, Alex Stepheson, Nikola Vucevic and Nick Young.
