4 June 2021 Details of Compulsory Testing Notice (Persons who have completed a COVID-19 vaccination course1 would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notices) A. Places patronised by a preliminary positive case involving N501Y mutant strain

1. Any person who had been present at Queen Elizabeth School Old Students' Association Tong Kwok Wah Secondary School, 57 Tin Wah Road, Tin Shui Wai, , for more than one hour at any time during the period from May 15 to June 4, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff, students and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

2. Any person who had been present at The 27th Hong Kong International Education Expo, Hall 1C, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time on May 29, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

3. Any person who had been present at Little Boss, G/F, 187 Tung Choi Street, Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on May 29, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

1 If a person subject to compulsory testing has completed a COVID-19 vaccination course, he/she would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in this Notice. For both the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine (CoronaVac vaccine) and Fosun Pharma/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty vaccine), completion of the vaccination course in general means having received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine 14 days ago, i.e. having received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine on or before May 23, 2021. For persons previously infected with COVID-19, they may be deemed to have completed the COVID-19 vaccination course after receiving one dose of Comirnaty vaccine or one dose of CoronaVac vaccine 14 days ago, i.e. having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccine on or before May 23, 2021. For persons who received COVID-19 vaccines in places outside of Hong Kong and have received the recommended dose(s) as stipulated in relevant guidelines 14 days ago, i.e. having received all of the recommended dose(s) of COVID-19 vaccine on or before May 23, 2021, they will also be regarded to have completed the vaccination course of the relevant COVID-19 vaccine, subject to the vaccine used being included on the list of vaccines recognised for this purpose as published on the Government’s COVID-19 thematic website (www.coronavirus.gov.hk/pdf/list_of_recognised_covid19_vaccines.pdf). 4. Any person who had been present at Room 306, 15/F, Tak Wing Industrial Building, 3 Tsun Wen Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time on May 16, May 23 or May 30, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

5. Any person who had been present at Men Wah Bing Teng, G/F, 162 Tung Choi Street, Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on May 29, 2021 (including but not limited to full- time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

6. Any person who had been present at Deutsche Schenker-Gruppe HK, G/F, Hong Kong Convention Plaza Shopping Arcade, 1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on May 29, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

B. Specified premises under additional testing

1. Any person who had been present at Central and Western District Promenade – Central Section (Tamar Park is excluded), Lung Wo Road, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time on May 9 or May 16, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

2. Any person who had been present at World Wide Plaza (only the shopping mall is included), 19 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time on May 16, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

3. Any person who had been present at Block 8, Villa Oceania, 8 On Chun Street, , New Territories, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time on May 16, 2021 (including but not limited to residents, visitors and workers), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

4. Any person who had been present at Ma On Shan Park, 12 On Chun Street, Ma On Shan, , New Territories, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time on May 9 or May 23, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part- time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

5. Any person who had been present at Office, Immigration Department, Shops 405-407, 4/F, Jubilee Square, 2-18 Lok King Street, Fo Tan, New Territories, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time on May 11, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

C. Others

1. Any person who had been present at Learning Habitat Kindergarten & Bilingual Nursery (Double Cove), 1/F, Phase 3, Double Cove, 8 Road, Lok Wo Sha, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong for more than two hours at any time during the period from May 22 to June 4, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff, students and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing choose to undergo testing using the specimen bottles distributed by the Centre for Health Protection, they have to return the specimen bottles with the sample by June 8, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

2. Students of the schools at the levels specified below and teachers (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief teachers) of the specified schools who had face-to-face lessons with such students at the specified levels during the period from May 22 to June 4, 2021 have to undergo testing by June 6, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 2 and June 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

Ka Fuk Wing Chun Primary School, Ka Fuk Estate, Fanling, New Territories, Hong Kong (2) Primary 6 of Raimondi College Primary Section, 1E Shiu Fai Terrace, Stubbs Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (3) Primary 1 of Po Leung Kuk Horizon East Primary School, 3 Hing Fu Street, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong
