It is the applicant's resporisibilitv to ensuretnat prOper notice is given to all entities that are required to receive notice. D. Recommended notice foriiis for publication, neighboring cities and systems, landowners with 25 acres or more, and customers are included with this application for use in preparing proposed notices.
