Baby Cakes Notes:  Ben Meyer (3-4) tossed 6.0 innings and earned his third win of the season after allowing three runs (one earned) on nine hits.  finished 2x4 with a double and a .  Jonathan Rodriguez connected for his eighth home run of the season. He has reached base safely in 19 of his last 20 games.  Eric Campbell notched his third home run of the season.  Jumbo Diaz (3-4) held the Redbirds scoreless over 1.2 innings. He has held opponents scoreless in five of his last six games.  Cristhian Adames finished 3x5 for his second consecutive multi-hit game.

Jumbo Shrimp Notes:  Yesterday’s game was postponed due to weather. The Jumbo Shrimp will take on the Blue Wahoos in a doubleheader today starting at 5:05 PM.  Kolton Mahoney (3-3) will make his fourth start (12th appearance) in Game 1. He is 0-1 with a 0.64 ERA (14.0 ip/1 er)in his starts this season.  Brett Graves (0-1) will also pitch in Game 1, his second appearance for Jacksonville, the fourth overall of his rehab assignment.  (2-5) will get the start in Game 2.

Hammerheads Notes:  Jorge Guzman (0-2) tossed a season high 6.0 innings, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks while striking out five.  Brian Miller had hit in five straight and tied his season high with two RBI. He is first in the FSL in stolen bases (18), second in hits (65), and sixth in batting average (.328).  Aaron Knapp stole his 10th base of the season, his sixth since joining Jupiter on May 1.  Anfernee Seymour stole a base for the second consecutive game. It was his fifth steal since joining Jupiter on May 10.  Jupiter has the third most stolen bases (57) in the FSL behind St.Lucie (61) and Bradenton (59).  Riley Mahan finished 2x4 and has a multi-hit game in his last two contests. He has reached base safely in his last four games.  John Silviano drew two walks. He has posted eight walks in his last six games.

Grasshoppers Notes:

 The game was called after the top of the 7th inning due to weather (fog).  Ryan Lillie (4-1) tossed his second consecutive shutout in the shortened affair. He held the BlueClaws to three hits and struck out four over 6.0 innings.  In five starts since May 7, Lilly is 3-1 with 0.92 ERA (29.1 ip/ 3 er), and has 27 to just three walks.  He is tied for fifth in the in innings pitched (56.2) and tied for 12th in strikeouts (54).  Thomas Jones was 1x3 to extend his hitting streak against Lakewood to six games. He has reached base safely in his last eight games.  Zach Sullivan connected for his second home run of the season.  Lazaro Alonso finished 1x3 with his 13th double of the season.
