We hope you enjoy our truly special dining experience whilst delighting in the spectacle of beautiful horses at work and play. Our extensive menu has been lovingly designed by our award-winning team of chefs to offer a wide range of authentic Italian and Scottish cuisine.

We source top-quality meat products, from the finest quality assured Scottish beef to the famous Stornoway black pudding. Hand-picked Italian produce is also included in our menu, whether it be a 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano to the quality assured San Daniele Parma ham, this produce is the true taste of Italy. We are proud to serve our freshly grown vegetables and herbs straight to you from our very own Estate Nursery.

Palomino’s Cocktail Bar is complemented with a range of over 100 malt whiskies, gins, wines from around the world. International spirits and mixers to produce a tempting selection of cocktails, not forgetting our Champagnes and Prosecco for that special occasion.
