Who is max' s mom disney Continue Wikipedia is not a very reliable source, so msot liekly it is not so in anything ... it would be like, half a cow ... it doesn't make sense. Don't trust everything you see on Wikipedia. Based on House of Mouse, if Clarabel was Max's mother, why would Goofy take care of her if they already had a child? Why shouldn't Clarabel be maternal to Max, the valet of the fucking club? I guess someone on Wikipedia thought Clarabelle was born Max because she had to be Goofy's girlfriend. I believe Max's mother is probably an unknown character (most likely another canine) who passed away when Max was very young, so I think that's a lie. Goofy had a son called Max in some short films from the 1950s and 1960s; Max didn't come from the Gough troops he was around for decades ago (but the version in the old shorts was younger than the Goof troops). And yes, I thought you saw his mother in some of those shorts. Gough troops came first. Every time I delete false information about Wikipedia, this stupid user comes back and adds it again. I hate it when it happens, is he really stupid not to realize that Clarabel isn't Max's mother? Did people forget that Horace Hors Horscollar even existed? Clarabel is usually to date Goofy when she is angry at Horace, which is about 50% of the time. Whether Clarabel has any real romantic interest in Goofy remains an open question - from time to time (obvious example: The Three Musketeers) she is portrayed this way, but usually by directors and/or writers who seemed to actively want to write Horace out of succession. (It's strange that someone should want, since he is fully alive and well in the current comics - and enjoyable as ever!) Did people forget that Horace Hors Horscollar even existed? (It's strange that someone want, as he is fully alive and well in the current comics - and enjoyable as ever!) It's all true. Even in the House of Mice, with Horace there, Goofy still dates her. Just checked Wikipedia and there is no mention of to be Max's mother. I really always assumed that Clarabel was Max's mom until I saw the House of Mice, which makes it pretty obvious that it wasn't. Did people forget that Horace Hors Horscollar even existed? Interesting bit about Horace Horsecoller. Ted Stones, the guy who created Darkwing Duck, wanted to do a sci fi series looking Horace Horsecoller for Disney Afternoon. He later went on to produce Buzz Lightyear from Star Command. Who's Horscollar? You know, I once talked about Max's mother's identity with a colleague a few years ago. This colleague also thought that Clarabell Cow might be Max's mother. Who's Horscollar? See? This is what happens when Horace is usually discharged from succession! Well, Horscollar has to explain, so I'll give you someone else. Ms. Goofy, also known as Ms. Geef, is Goofy's wife and mother Toofy Jr. in 1950s Goofy shorts. The contents of the show, while her face is hidden from the audience, her red hair is shown and her voice is heard. She appears to be slender and quite tall, with a light, light skin similar to Goofy's snout, where his moustache extends outwards. Not much is known about her, except that she is almost as blunt as her husband and is known for his unwanted driving skills. She later appeared in 1977 in the book of Goofy's paintings Minds the House, in which both she and Junior were redesigned to more resemble Goofy's design. Lately, however, she has since disappeared into obscurity and has never appeared again in any modern Disney media (see Trivia below for information pertaining to Goofy's wife Goof's troops). Ms. Goofy's appearance appeared in the following cartoons: Mrs. Geef's Gallery's Father Weekend Goofy dance partner in How to Dance, possibly by his wife. Junior, Goofy and wife Goofy in Goofy Minds the HouseRunr Art from Gough Troops; Teh Teh on the right is labeled as Mrs. Goofy. The last paragraph contains information about how Max's mother may have passed away; although it is not confirmed directly if this is how she died or not. Add a photo to this Trivia gallery When the television series Goof Troops happened in 1992, the concept of Goofy's son was reworked from Goofy Jr. to Max Gough, while Goofy's wife was curiously absent, with Goofy himself portrayed as a single father with no mention of his wife/mother Max ever given the show or related media. There is a widespread misconception that it was once announced in Goof's troop that Max's mother passed away through unknown circumstances before the series began, with Goofy allegedly telling Max She was there with the stars. Or she's there among the stars. However, this statement was never actually given in any episode of Goof Troops, being the product of long-standing speculation and rumors. Officially, when asked about Max's mother, Disney's Guest Services once stated that there is no definitive answer as to who Max's mother and where Mrs Goofy went, ultimately making Max's mother's fate a complete mystery that remains unexplored and unanswered to this day. The mother of an Ice Age family seen in this comic may provide an idea of what Max Gough's mother might look like. In a short two-page Dutch comic book called Goofy geeft les over ... Coquen (Goofy teaches... Originally published on March 7, 2003, Goofy gives Max a brief history lesson on cooking. When he first describes how he cooked during the Ice Age, a family of three cavemen, consisting of a father, mother and son, is shown. The father resembles Goofy, the son looks like Max, and his mother, resembling a female version of Goofy with eyelashes and bone for a hair onion (a la pebble Flintstone). Since father and son are based on Goofy and Max, and since the mother resembles a female colleague of Goofy in the same way that Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck resemble female colleagues Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, respectively (in that they both have eyelashes and hairbows to distinguish themselves from their male counterparts), the mother seen in this comic may well give an idea of what Max's mother might look like. Information implying Mrs. Gough's death, but not directly confirming her, appears in a production document from the Gough Army series. Assuming she may have fallen from the cliffs of the Grand Canyon while Goofy photographed her early concept art gives an image of a woman labeled simply as Mrs. Goofy?, suggesting at some point she would have been included in the Goof troops. However, it is likely it has been scrapped in the early stages of development, as other characters shown are still drawn in their previous designs.
