Dear Occupier

Re: Barby and Onley Housing Survey

Daventry District Council is conducting a survey in your area and you are invited to take part. We are carrying out an important study of the housing needs and requirements of all residents who have a close connection to Barby and Onley Parish through current or past residency, work or close family.

The study will help to ascertain what kind of housing is needed in the area.

We would be grateful if you would take the time to complete this survey, even if you are registered for moving on Daventry’s HomeChoice Scheme, not currently thinking of moving, or do not require alternative housing. The information you provide is vital in giving a balanced picture of housing circumstances as well as informing future housing and planning policies.

The survey will be available online at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/????? from 8th July 2019 until 5th August 2019. If you have a smart phone or tablet you can access the survey by scanning the QR code at the bottom of this letter. You will need your reference number «UPRN» to validate your response. If you require a paper copy, please contact Daventry District Council on 01327 871100 and we will post one out to you, alternatively please get in touch with your Parish Council.

If there is more than one member of the household that will or may require alternative accommodation, therefore needing to form another separate household they are also invited to complete a survey.

Please be assured that any personal information you provide will be held by Daventry District Council in accordance with the Data Protection Act and not passed onto any other organisation or person without your agreement. The information will be used to produce a Housing Report which will be anonymised.
