6. Ordinance No. xxx-17(Ward 3/Councilmember McCormack): Authorizing the Director of Public Works to sell one permanent easement and one temporary highway easement to the Ohio Department of Transportation to secure the right-of-way necessary for the improvement of the Hope Memorial Bridge.

7. Ordinance No. xxx-17(Ward 3/Councilmember McCormack): Authorizing the Directors of the Department of Community Development and the Department of Public Works to transfer the jurisdiction of City-owned property at the known as the Hicks Lot, located between West 24th Place and West 24th Street and between Market Avenue and Bridge Avenue, from the Department of Community Development to the Department of Public Works.

8. Ordinance No. xxx-17(Ward 6/Councilmember Mitchell): Authorizing the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects to apply for and accept grants and gifts from any public or private entity; to enter into one or more professional service agreements; and to authorize the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire, accept, and record all land necessary in making the public improvement of construction a new road to extend Circle Drive from Mayfield Road to East 116th Street and rehabilitation of East 116th Street from Circle Drive Extension to Euclid Avenue.

Ordinance No. xxx-17(Ward 15/Councilmember Zone): Authorizing the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects to grant consent to ODOT to construct streetscape improvements on Detroit Avenue from West 78th Street to West 73rd Street and West 58th Street to West 52nd Street, including a portion of Lake Avenue from West 78th Street to Detroit Avenue; to cause payment to ODOT for local share in the estimated amount of $300,000 from any and all funds as authorized by the Director of Finance; and to authorize the Director of Capital Projects to enter into one or more agreements necessary to make the improvement.
