Suwon Cultural Foundation aims to establish the identity of the city through the promotion of the local arts and culture, to realize cultural policies and tourism promotion projects, and to promote the creation and distribution of arts and culture projects so as to offer high-quality cultural services to the local citizens and to contribute to the advancement of their cultural well-being.
