Multiple media outlets have reported that your office is conducting a criminal investigation into Mr. Giuliani’s activities, and we request that you consider potential Hatch Act violations as part of that investigation.1 The Hatch Act broadly prohibits the manipulation of federal funds and federal programs to advance a partisan agenda.
