Form Title Name of Activity Senior District Golf Commissioner Jena Campbell Location of Contest Eston Riverside Park Dates of Contest September 17, 2019 Participating Teams Eston, Kindersley, Dinsmore, Davidson, Outlook, Kyle, Rosetown, Loreburn, LCBI & Biggar Results Provincial Qualifiers: Female- Taya Hansen (105), Rhian Dorward (130), Annika German (134), Spencer Flath (140)

Male- Cort Tunall (73), Keaton Cote (78), Dylan Churchill (85), Colby Kozick (88) Financial Statement N/A Recommendations The reliability of the golfers average score needs to be more accurate, as some scores that were submitted were way off and lead to creating poor groupings for the event (ie. a golfer being submitted to have an average score of 95 that shoots closer to 155).

Form Title Name of Activity Jr Girls' Volleyball Districts Commissioner Paulette Killoh Location of Contest Davidson SK Dates of Contest October 26, 2019 Participating Teams Davidson--East Plenty--North KCS--West Kyle--South Results After very competitive play: Davidson 3rd place & KCS 2nd place played in the semi, Davidson then played Plenty in the Final.

Plenty emerged as District Champs! Financial Statement Our gate brought in $521.00 and officials' costs were $392.63. Recommendations The day at Davidson ran smoothly and on time.

One suggestion: Perhaps Section Reps could share when Sectional playoff dates are and who coaches are so that the District hosts knows who to contact for info. The boys received their draw by looking on West Central Thursday after school. I sent the girls' directly to coaches on the day after our Sectional matches (Wednesday). Because the girls draw could not be finalized until Thursday night to see what happened in the South Section I shared a draft prior to that for other teams to begin planning for travel. Coaches began contacting my principal for a draw on the Monday :)
