MANAGEMENT’S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS OF OPERATIONS FOR THE 13 AND 39 WEEKS ENDED MARCH 30, 2019 This management’s discussion and analysis (“MD&A”) of the financial condition and results of operations of MedMen Enterprises Inc. (“MedMen Enterprises”, “MedMen” or the “Company”), formerly known as The MedMen Group of Companies, is for the 13 and 39 weeks ended March 30, 2019. It is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Annual Information Form filed on November 5, 2018 on www.sedar.com, and the Company’s unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements and the accompanying notes for the 13 and 39 weeks ended March 30, 2019. The Company’s unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”). This MD&A is presented as of May 29, 2019 unless otherwise noted.
