These creatures that we share our lives with can be plagued with a myriad of ailments and illnesses. Some of these are results of their human partner’s poor stewardship, and others are simply due to the nature of these strong but often fragile animals. Equine research is complex and expensive, and the tools to aid researchers in their study are quickly becoming increasingly sophisticated. As their partner,
