Ponies must not be removed from pens without the owner or his/ her representative being present. 3. At all Sales, if the owner is not present in person, a representative must be th nominated in advance who will be responsible for the ponies. SUNDAY 5 OCTOBER 4. The entry form must include a declaration stating that the pony/ies being entered in the Sale have been correctly transferred through the Society and 6.30 pm : EXchange Judging of Registered Pedigree are registered in the name of the vendor. 5. The entry form must state that all stock must be registered with the Shetland Ponies th Shetland Pony Stud-Book Society by 15 JULY at the latest. This date will be strictly adhered to. 6. The minimum age of foals to be sold is eighteen weeks on the day of the Sale even if being sold at foot. The foal's exact date of birth must be stated th on the entry form. MONDAY 6 OCTOBER 7. It must be emphasised that foals, unless being sold at foot, must be weaned. This means they must be able to drink water and ear hard feed independently. 9.00 am : Sale Ring No 3 Sale of Harness, Models, Stud 8. No ponies will be accepted for sale if they have undergone any form of surgical procedure e.g. castration, within 4 weeks of the sale date. Books, Books etc 9. Owners who have had ponies suffering from an infectious disease within one month of the Sale must not present any ponies for sale.
