Nurturing our souls and our bodies has been a regular conversaon topic over the last couple of months with many families adjusng to a changed ﬁnancial situaon. Quite a few of you have jumped at the chance to enjoy some hands on workshops on all things Plasc Free July and/or a bit of biodiversity mahi.
