April,2021 Mammoth Drill Card #3 This month we will be continuing with our Drill Cards. This month's drill card is a shooting drill. These exercises will help increase shooting power and accuracy while also encouraging athletes to practice shooting from different spots to simulate different in-game situations.

De-Twig: When a player checks an opposing player’s body/stick which forces the opposing player to lose control of his/her stick
