378 CHINESE EMBROIDERED WOOL PANEL, EARLY 20th C Long horizontal panel of red silk, possibly a bed decoration, in satin stich embroidery and couched metallic gold threads, the design one of multiple exotic birds fruits and butterflies in blue, white, yellow, red and green. Two untraced "signatures" embroidered in gold. Embroidery 18 x 138 inches with 4 inch undecorated border. (It appears that there was an oxidized color thread, possibly black, that has been removed and is now represented by the negative space/color of the red wool felt, few small moth holes.)
