Above: In Harrodsburg, Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill is a landmark destination that shares 3,000 acres of discovery in the spirit of the Kentucky Shakers. It was once home to the third largest Shaker community in the U.S.

Right: The Amsden bank building was built in 1890 in downtown Versailles before closing in 1931. After years of neglect it was meticulously renovated by a local couple who turned it into a multi-purple space including a coffee club, mercantile, boutique, bourbon bar and yoga room.
