FOR MY ARRIVAL

I make an appointment with my delivery centre and transmit my valid flight number at least 4 working days before the date I need to pick up my vehicle. - My centre will wait for me maximum 30 minutes after the agreed time by phone. -Deliveries will be made every day from 6am to midnight with a valid flight number and until 8pm by appointment only. - I will have a personalised introduction to the use of my vehicle.

FOR MY DEPARTURE

I make an appointment with my return centre at least 4 working days before the date on which I have to return my vehicle. - Returns will be guaranteed every day from 6am to 8pm. - My centre will wait for me no later than 30 minutes after the initial drop-off time agreed by telephone.
