Average of (3) to (5) inmates attend panel meeting each fortnight. Small Big Books given to new attendees, some have been to AA before. More A.A. members required, approval required for access to get into KCC. NOTE: Access is at 10.00 am Meeting commences at 10.30pm to 11.30pm. The facility is administered by Dept of Community Corrections. This is now a Remand Centre Facility housing 104 inmates, which is usually full. *Note, Security clearances are required by all AA members who wish to attend this facilities. *D3; Frank Baxter Detention Centre is now run by Justice Health Dept. We have been unable to make contact with the authorities at this stage.
