• Bruckner Boulevard intersection pedestrian safety improvements from East 141st Street to Hunts Point Avenue would be included. The improvements would address Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) non-compliant ramps, reduce pedestrian crosswalk lengths, and improve access to existing parks. The Bryant Avenue Pedestrian Bridge would be replaced. The Project is federally and state funded. Construction costs are estimated to be approximately $1.7 billion. Construction is Option 2 expected to start in 2019 and continue through 2025.
