1 ANNEX A1 INFORMATION on BTO FLATS in NOV 2016 EXERCISE BEDOK BEACON, BEDOK NORTH VALE and BEDOK SOUTH HORIZON There Are Three ANNEX A1 INFORMATION ON BTO FLATS IN NOV 2016 EXERCISE BEDOK BEACON, BEDOK NORTH VALE and BEDOK SOUTH HORIZON There are three BTO projects in Bedok Town offered for sale. Bedok Beacon is bounded by Bedok North Avenue 1 and New Upper Changi Road; Bedok North Vale is bounded by Bedok North Road and Bedok North Avenue 1, while Bedok South Horizon is bounded by Upper East Coast Road and Bedok South Road. The details are set out in Table A1(a). They can enjoy a wide range of facilities and amenities at Bedok Town Centre, such as shopping and dining at Bedok Mall, Bedok Point, hawker centre as well as leisure and recreation at Bedok Community Library, Bedok Swimming Complex, Bedok Sports Hall and Bedok Stadium. 3 Alternatively, residents can patronise the various HDB neighbourhood centres (NCs) such as Kaki Bukit NC, Market Mall and the NC along Bedok South Road that offer a wide variety of goods and services to cater to residents’ daily needs. Residents can also participate in the activities organised by the various community centres/clubs such as Kaki Bukit Community Centre, Kampong Chai Chee Community Centre, Bedok Community Centre and Fengshan Community Club. 1 2 KALLANG RESIDENCES 4 Kallang Residences is bounded by Sims Avenue and Lorong 1 Geylang. It has 243 flats, comprising 85 units of 3-room and 158 units of 4-room flats. The inclusion of a childcare centre in the development provides support for working parents. 5 Kallang Residences has two roof gardens, one at the roof top of the MSCP and another at the 6th storey linking Blocks 115A and 115B. These gardens offer a commanding view of the National Stadium and the Central Business District skyline. In addition, there are sky terraces at Blocks 115A and 115B. These roof gardens and sky terraces are also open to the public. 6 Kallang Residences is located close to Kallang MRT station and Lorong 1 Geylang Bus Terminal. The development is also in close proximity to shopping, eating and recreational facilities. Residents can head to Boon Keng Ville, an HDB NC at Upper Boon Keng Road for their shopping and dining needs. For families and jogging enthusiasts, the Kallang Park Connector and Kallang River are located nearby. Residents also have the option to participate in the recreational and social activities organised by the Geylang West Community Club. In addition, the Singapore Sports Hub has a wide range of facilities and activities, from sporting to dining options that cater to varying needs of residents. 3 4 MATILDA SUNDECK, NORTHSHORE TRIO and WATERWAY SUNRISE I 7 There are three BTO projects in Punggol Town offered for sale. Matilda Sundeck is located in the Matilda district and is bounded by Punggol Field, Sumang Crescent and Sumang Lane. Northshore Trio is located at Punggol Northshore district, and is bounded by Northshore Drive and Punggol Way, near the Punggol Point LRT Station. Waterway Sunrise I is located along Punggol East, and is bounded by the Serangoon Reservoir and My Waterway@Punggol. The details are set out in Table A1(b). Total 869 174 753 333 65 2,194 8 The transportation network serving the town includes Punggol MRT/LRT Station and bus interchange located at the Town Centre, the LRT network within Punggol and Tampines Expressway (TPE). Residents can patronise Punggol Plaza or Waterway Point for their shopping and dining needs. 9 Within the developments, there are accessible roof gardens, sky terraces and landscape decks where residents can enjoy open spaces for relaxation, family bonding and social interaction. These roof gardens, sky terrace and landscape decks are also open to the public. 10 There is a variety of recreational choices available in Punggol, such as the My Waterway@Punggol, Punggol Park Connector, Punggol Waterway Park, Punggol Point Park, SAFRA Punggol and Coney Island Park. Residents can also visit Punggol 21 Community Club which offers a wide range of programmes, courses and activities for community bonding and enrichment. 5 11 Matilda Sundeck, Northshore Trio and Waterway Sunrise I are designed with numerous eco-friendly features such as ABC water features, and also Smart technologies like smart lighting, and smart-enabled flats that aim to bring about a more liveable, efficient, sustainable and safe environment. 6 WOODLEIGH GLEN and WOODLEIGH VILLAGE 12 There are two BTO projects in Bidadari estate of Toa Payoh town offered for sale. They are bounded by Upper Serangoon Road and Bidadari Park Drive. 13 In the planning for the Bidadari estate, HDB aimed to make the most of its rolling greens, rich heritage and convenient transport connections to provide a high quality living environment. Woodleigh Glen, for example, will be situated beside a natural hillock, a stopover site for the migratory birds in Singapore that forms part of the larger network of greenery and open spaces planned for Bidadari. 14 The projects at Bidadari will be equipped with a district-level Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System, which is an automated waste collection system that provides cleaner waste disposal. The details are set out in Table A(1)(c). For a wider variety of food options, residents may also patronise the HDB NC at Potong Pasir Avenue 1, which offers a wide range of goods and services as well as fast food restaurants and eating outlets. For leisure and recreation, residents can visit the Potong Pasir Community Club.
