 Do you live in Headington, Barton, Risinghurst, Sandhills, Northway or Marston?  Want to get involved with local green activities?  Would you like to meet other friendly people who want to share green ideas, community gardening and other sustainable activities? Friday 25th August; 8:00pm onwards - Social drinks - The Royal Blenheim Pub, Oxford City Centre

Sunday September 3rd; from 1:00pm -Pond-clearing (and pond-dipping for children) - Milham Ford Nature Park, Marston Rd. For more info, see: ‘Friends of Milham Ford Nature Park’ website

Sunday October 8th; 2:00 - 4:00pm - Autumn Plant and Seed Swap - Exchange seeds and plants, cakes and home-grown produce with others! All welcome - even if you have nothing to swap, bring your loose change, and make a donation. Refreshments available. - Coniston Avenue (Off Headley Way)

Friday October 27th; 8:00pm onwards - Social drinks - The Royal Blenheim Pub, Oxford City Centre

Saturday 4th November; 10:00 - 12:30pm- Green Party Stall - Headington Farmer’s Market

Throughout November - Delivering ‘Green News’.

Saturday 2nd December; all day - Green Winter Fair -Oxford Town Hall. Book the date now. Not to be missed!

“Edible Marston” Project - get growing and eating!

Our latest Green project is: “Edible Marston”, which will be starting up this Autumn. We will be planting fruits, veg and herbs wherever we can, whether it is in buckets, containers, or window boxes. If you are interested; contact Al Morris at: [email protected]
