The 2012 Events will be in a larger section of the Orange County Convention Center’s West Building. Please note: The cutoff date for these assigned spaces is November 8, 2012 (which is one week BEFORE the show closes on November 14, 2012) or when the available assigned limit is reached, whichever comes first. Any forms received without entries will NOT be processed. Exhibitor unloading will be available beginning on Tuesday at 2:00 pm. There will be one Grooming Hall specifically dedicated for ALL crating and grooming, occupying over 140,000 square feet. This will be the only location where grooming will be permitted. The entire grooming hall will have complimentary electric provided in all areas. The Grooming Hall will be shared with divisions for “Assigned Grooming” and “Open Grooming”; both sections will have comparable accessibility to the Exhibiting Hall. “Open Grooming” areas will strictly follow a set grid for “Crates/Tables/Aisles” without exception. Complimentary shared electric outlets will be placed throughout this area and no one person may claim exclusive use of these unrestricted services. Assigned Spaces (limited in number) Those with four or more entries per event may secure an assigned 80 square foot space (8’x10’) that can be set up to your personal specifications.
