A coaching veteran with more than three decades of experience, COACHING TIMELINE Roy Istvan enters his third season as the Philadelphia Eagles’ assistant offensive line coach after originally joining the team in 2019. St. Offensive Coordinator where he served as the offensive coordinator (2011-13) and offensive 1990-95 Southern Conn. St. Graduate Assistant line coach (2008-10). He was also the offensive coordinator at the Mil- ford Academy (NY) from 2006-07 after spending five seasons as the offensive coordinator (2004-05) and run game coordinator/offensive line coach (2001-03) at the University of Buffalo. Istvan began his coaching career at his alma mater, Southern Con- necticut State, spending time as an offensive coordinator (1996-2000) and graduate assistant (1990-95). He coached with Stoutland for three seasons (1990-92) after playing for him as a student athlete. Istvan and his wife, Kristin, have three children: Jaylin and twins Kambria and Zachariah.
