QDAR Sales President Natasha Huizinga’s Comments: Economic/Mortgage All Property Types Indicators November monthly Dollar Sales for All Property Types comes in at $64,127,723, a 4.4% decrease over 2017, which was $67,065,490. The November monthly Dollar Sales for Prime Rate* Residential Listings comes in with an increase of 3.4% with $60,337,168 for 2018 compared Nov 2018 - 3.95% 188 237 to $58,373,340 for 2017. Conventional Mortgage* Nov 18 Nov 17 Unit Sales for Residential listings sold in November showed a decrease, down 15.2% 1 year - 3.64% compared to last year, with 2018 showing 168 units sold compared to 198 units in 2017. The Units Sold for All Property Types also shows a decrease, dropping to 188 units in 2018, 3 year - 4.29% QDAR Average Price down from 237 units in 2017. The Average Sale Price for Residential listings again increased All Property Types a healthy 21.8% over last year, coming in at $359,150 for 2018 and $294,815 for 2017. 5 year - 5.34% The Year to Date Residential Average Sale Price is maintaining positive numbers, showing an increase of 12.3% over last year, with 2018 coming in at $335,481 compared to $298,845
