"She's So Cold" is a song recorded by The Rolling Stones, released on 19 September 1980 as the second single from the album .

Recording on the song started in early 1979. The single peaked at #33 in the UK Singles Chart and #26 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in November 1980. Along with the tracks, "Dance" and "Emotional Rescue", "She's So Cold" went to #9 on the Top 100 chart.

Due to the lyric "she's so goddamned cold", the promo 45 sent to radio stations had the "clean version" on side 1. Side 2 was the same song but was identified as "the GD version".

Chris Martin named it as his favorite Rolling Stones song.

The song was featured in The Simpsons episode "How I Spent My Strummer Vacation".
