In which he stated that on 29.05.2020 morning hours the complainant went to sell the bread, at the time his wife D. Vasantha, age: 25 yrs, Occ: House wife was present in the house, later at 12.00 hrs the complainant came to his house and noticed his wife not appeared, on that the complainant asked about his wife, his children told that their mother went to Hospital, the complainant went to hospital for his wife and found his wife and Venu who used to live rent in his house were sat together beside at Jagadgirigutta bus stop. After coming to house the complainant asked to his wife why did sit beside him, for which there quarrel occurred between them, later the complainant went in to sleep, then at about 16.00 hrs the complainant woke up and found his wife not present in the house, to that he asked to his children where is mummy, his children replied that mother left the home by saying she is going to Medical shop, upon that the complainant searched for his wife at all possible places but in vain. The complainant suspicious on Venu, Phone 7989914873 on the missing of his wife. Hence the complainant requested to take action. Her husband is suffering with piles and who has done with operation in the year 2016. Again the problem raised and became severe in the month of Jan-2020, frequently used to go to hospital for checkup as his blood content gets reduces in his body. Her husband got admitted in Neelima Hospital in Sanathnagar from 25-27 of May-2020 and discharged on 27.05.2020 by suggesting him that he has to go for operation on 1st of June-2020. Due to fear of operation on 31st May-2020 at 11.00 hrs he left the house without intimation and gone missing. The complainant searched for her husband and enquired with their relatives over phone but in vain. The complainant was busy in searching for her husband for this reason she delayed to give complaint. contract basis. On 31.05.2020 at about 1700 hrs her son J.Krishna went out from the home and did not return. She caused enquiry to their
relatives and friends but could not find him. Today she came to the Gandhi Nagar Police Station and lodged a missing complaint and request to
trace out her son as per law.

The brief facts of the case are that today i.e. on 02.06.2020 at 1800 hours the complainant Sri Ramanagari Praveen Kumar, S/o. Late Pankaiah, age; 45 yrs, caste; SC/Madiga, occp; Labour, R/o. Appareddyguda Village of Nandigama Mandal and Ranga Reddy dist came to PS and lodged a Telugu written petition in which he stated that he blessed two male children’s. On 31.05.2020 the complainant along with his family members had dinner and slept. At about 2300 hours the complainant woke up and found his elder son Ramanagari Vamshi Krishna, age; 21 yrs, occp; Pvt Job missing. Immediately he searched for his son in surrounding areas but in vain. Made calls to his son phone numbers 8096337044, 9347572032 but those numbers were in switched off. Yesterday the complainant searched for his son again in surrounding areas and enquired at known persons but nothing clues achieved. His son wore Yellow shirt, black colour pant and having height 5’5’’, with normal complexion. Hence today the complainant came to PS and requested to take legal action.
