Terms and Conditions 1. These terms and conditions comprise an offer (the “Offer”) to a limited number of eligible Samsung customers (the “Customer(s)”) to receive a discount code through an E-store Voucher (the “E-store Voucher”) on the purchase of certain products models of Galaxy smartphones (“Product(s) Model(s)”). 2. The Offer is only available upon the purchase of Products Models made through Samsung e-store in Pakistan (https://shop.samsung.com/pk) (the “E-Store”) from the 19th of July of 2021 up to the 8th of August 2021 or until stocks last, whichever is earlier (the “Offer Period”). 3. This Offer is only valid for the following Products Models and is subject to availability. The E-store Voucher to be provided in accordance with this Offer shall be as per the following table: Products Models E-store Voucher Samsung Galaxy A52 Rs. 4,000 Samsung Galaxy A72 Rs. 4,000 Samsung Galaxy A32 Rs. 3,000 Samsung Galaxy A22 Rs. 2,500 Samsung Galaxy S21 Rs. 15,000 Samsung Galaxy S21+ Rs. 15,000 Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Rs. 15,000 4. Upon the purchase of the Product Model (the “Original Purchase”), a message will show up as part of the Customer’s order summary at the checkout page that they have received an E-store Voucher, the code for which can be viewed in their Samsung Members application. 5. The Customer may then utilize the E-store Voucher on any subsequent purchase following the Original Purchase on the E-store. 6. The E-store Voucher is only valid up till the 30th day of August of 2021. An E-store Voucher not utilized within the validity period of the E-store Voucher shall lapse and no claim shall be entertained in that regard after the said period. 7. This Offer is available to the Customers on first-come-first-served basis, provided they complete their order for the relevant purchased Product Model, pay for it and accept delivery. No E-store Voucher can be claimed under this Offer by a Customer in cases of an incomplete, returned or cancelled order. 8. This Offer is provided gratuitously, without any additional/separate consideration and is in the complete discretion of Samsung. General Terms 9. The E-store Vouchers given under this Offer may not be redeemed nor exchangeable for cash or other Samsung products and is only applicable on the E-Store. 10. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Offer Period. 11. Samsung shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the use of this Offer. 12. By participating in this Offer, the Customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the Customer, shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and shall be resolved by the competent courts at Lahore. .

ПРАВИЛА Акции «Тотальный Trade-In (Гаджет по обмену)» (далее по тексту – «Правила») 1. Общие положения. 1.1. Акция – рекламное мероприятие, проводимое Организатором в соответствии с настоящими Правилами. Акция не является стимулирующим мероприятием, подпадающего под действие ст.9 ФЗ «О рекламе». 1.2. Организатор – юридическое лицо, указанное в соответствии с настоящими Правилами как Организатор Акции. 1.3. Программа Трейд-ин – постоянная услуга, которая включает процесс сдачи покупателем Бывшего в употреблении Товара с одновременным приобретением Нового Товара. 1.4. Белмонт – ООО «БЕЛМОНТ», ОГРН: 5167746493547, 115035, г. Москва, Овчинниковская набережная, д. 20, стр. 2, ком. 23, являющееся авторизованным партнером компании Apple, организующее на территории РФ Программу Трейд-ин. 1.5. Смарт-Базар - ООО «Цифровые девайсы», ОГРН: 1197746757944, 127006, г. Москва, переулок Оружейный, д.41, ЭТАЖ 6 ОФИС 6.18, организующее на территории РФ Программу Трейд-ин. 1.6. Потребитель – дееспособное физическое лицо, достигшее возраста 18-ти лет (либо не достигшее 18 лет, но приобретшее дееспособность в полном объёме в порядке, предусмотренном действующим законодательством РФ), владеющее на праве собственности Бывшим в употреблении Товаром. 1.7. Участник – Потребитель, получивший статус Участника в соответствии с настоящими Правилами. 1.8. Салоны сети Организатора – салоны связи, работающие под товарным знаком «Связной», «Связной3» и/или «Евросеть» и перечисленные на сайте Организатора. 1.9. Бывший в употреблении Товар (далее также Б/у Товар) – смартфоны и планшеты под товарными знаками Apple, Samsung, Huawei, LG и Sony, перечисленные в Приложении № 1 к настоящим Правилам, принадлежащие Потребителям на праве собственности, который Потребитель вправе сдать Белмонту или Смарт-Базару, получив за него Выкупную цену, с учётом ограничений и требований, указанных в Приложении № 2 к настоящим Правилам.
