Mosaic Stadium, located at Evraz Place, is home of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club. evrazplace.com It has a standard capacity of 33,350 and can be @evrazplacelive expandable to 40,000. It delivers an incredible event experience with wider individual seats, a sunken bowl to ease spectator access, expansive concourses, and a wide range of concessions and hospitality offerings, including a general admission lounge and premium options that include 38 premium suites.

TICKET INFORMATION Rider games: Tickets to a Saskatchewan Roughrider home game can be purchased at the Rider Ticket Office at Mosaic Stadium or online at ticketmaster.ca/riders.

Evraz Place events: Tickets to an Evraz Place event at Mosaic Stadium can be purchased online at ticketmaster.ca or at the Box Office.*

*On event day, tickets can be purchased at the Rider Ticket Office at Mosaic Stadium pending ticket availability.

RESELLING TICKETS Evraz Place and the have a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all events.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders allow its patrons to sell their tickets through Ticketmaster only. Tickets that are resold are available through riderville.com or ticketmaster.ca.

2 GETTING HERE

PARKING Rider games: Parking at Evraz Place on game days is reserved only for those who purchase seasonal parking passes. No public parking will be available on site for fans attending football games unless they have purchased a seasonal pass. Parking at Evraz Place for seasonal parking pass holders is located in the lot southwest of the Brandt Centre. The lot is accessible via the Lewvan Drive gate only. Fans who have purchased a seasonal pass must display the pass in their vehicles when on Evraz property. Seasonal accessible parking passes for Evraz Place will be available for purchase. This option was determined based on fan feedback, and ensures a guaranteed spot, rather than a first-come, first- served area. Paid accessible parking will be located alongside Confederation Park. Guests must display an accessible parking tag, along with a seasonal parking pass. The lot is accessible via the Lewvan Drive gate only.

Free accessible parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, located on 10th Avenue. City of Regina Paratransit Service will be available on game days, and fans can be dropped off in the parking loop in front of Gate 2, via Princess Street, if the vehicle has a valid accessible parking tag displayed.

Evraz Place events: Parking at Evraz Place on stadium event days is limited. Parking passes may be made available through ticketmaster.ca for purchase. Event specific parking information will be released prior to the event on evrazplace.com.

When multiple events take place at Evraz Place on the same day, parking can be in high demand. On event days, we encourage guests to arrive early, carpool, get dropped off or use public transit. We also encourage guests whenever possible to park off-site and walk to and from their vehicles.

3 GETTING HERE

BIKE VALET For every Saskatchewan Roughrider game and major event held at Mosaic Stadium, guests can now drive their non-motorized bikes to the stadium and park them at the south end of Confederation Park. For the duration of the game/event, attendants will monitor the bikes free of charge.

CITY BUSES Rider games: Rider Transit presented by WorkSafe Sask is offered through Regina City Transit. The service is free for all guests with a game ticket or season ticket pass.

Buses depart from the following locations: • Southland Mall • Victoria Square Mall • Northgate Mall • Downtown: Route will stop on Saskatchewan Drive at Hamilton Street, eastbound (adjacent to the Delta Hotel) and on Victoria Avenue at Scarth Street, westbound. • Dewdney Avenue • Centennial Mall

Service begins two hours and fifteen minutes before kick off and will continue making trips to the stadium until 30 minutes before game time. Returning buses start leaving the stadium at the beginning of the fourth quarter, and run until one hour after the end of the game. Regular transit service is also free for those who present a game ticket to the operator. This service is free for two hours before game time and up to one hour after the end of the game. TAXI PICK-UP Taxis will be available to guests in front of Mosaic Stadium on 10th Avenue (Northwest side of stadium).

4 STADIUM ACCESS

GATES OPEN Rider games: Gates open one and a half hours before kick off.

Evraz Place events: Hours vary according to event. Check the event listing on the Evraz Place events cal- endar at evrazplace.com or Evraz Place social media channels for more information.

STADIUM ACCESS Rider games: Elphinstone Street between Dewdney Avenue and north of Saskatchewan Drive will be closed to traffic during Rider games. There is no passenger drop off on Evraz Place property.

Evraz Place events: Stadium access varies according to event. Check the event listing on the Evraz Place events calendar at evrazplace.com/events/event-calendar or Evraz Place social media channels for more information.

EXIT & RE-ENTRY To ensure the safety and security of all guests, players, staff and volunteers, there are no in/out privileges at Mosaic Stadium. Guests attending an event at Mosaic Stadium will not be allowed to re-enter the stadium after exiting. Re-entry exceptions for emergencies, childcare or medical reasons will be determined on a case-by case basis by the stadium’s security team.

• All guests must have either valid accreditation or a valid ticket to enter Mosaic Stadium. • All guests, staff and volunteers entering the stadium may be subject to a search of their personal belongings. • Anyone refusing a search will be refused entry to the stadium.

5 GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT

• Mosaic Stadium is a family friendly venue committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience for all guests.

• The stadium’s security team is trained to intervene when necessary and will respond to the following unacceptable behaviors: • Unruly, disruptive, dangerous or actions that are illegal in nature • Foul or abusive language • Obscene gestures • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or drug impairment that results in unacceptable behavior • Throwing objects or trespassing on the playing field, event area or in other restricted areas • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel Photo credit: Troy Fleece • Verbal or physical harassment of any fan, player or stadium personnel • Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat • Continuous, prolonged standing that interrupts the sightlines of seated guests

• Guests may be given a warning at the discretion of stadium personnel for being disruptive or acting inappropriately with a reminder of the Guest Code of Conduct. However, if stadium personnel must approach someone a second time or if the first disruption warrants, the guest will be required to leave the property immediately.

• Guests who violate any of these provisions will be subject to ejection or refused entry without refund and may face loss of ticket privilege for future games or Evraz Place events held in Mosaic Stadium. No refund will be issued to guests who are ejected from an event or game.

6 ACCESSIBILITY

Mosaic Stadium has over 100 accessible seating spaces available on all levels of the stadium in the fol- lowing locations:

• Main concourse • Upper deck • Hospitality areas

These spaces are available for both season ticket holders and single game ticket holders. Accessible washrooms, concession counters and water fountains are located for your convenience throughout the stadium.

Rider games: If you have further questions please contact the Riders, or on game day the Rider Squad volunteers, dressed in white, will be happy to help.

Evraz Place events: If you have further questions please contact the Brandt Centre Box Office prior to the event or stadium personnel during the event and they will be happy to help.

ACCESSIBLE DROP-OFF LOCATION Accessible drop off is located in the parking loop in front of Gate 2, accessed via Princess Street. A valid accessible vehicle tag must be displayed.

After the game, guests should contact the Evraz Place security office at 306.781.9252 to confirm if item has ATMs been found and arrange for pick up. Evraz Place events: Cameras and video recorders are normally allowed as long as they do not interfere with the other fans’ enjoyment of the event. For events in which cameras and video camera are not allowed, a notice to guests will be provided prior to the event. • Images must be for personal use only. • Images must not be used for commercial purposes without the permission of Evraz Place. • Professional video or camera equipment is not permitted.

9 SMOKING

• Mosaic Stadium is a non-smoking facility—this pertains to any type of smoking product as well as electronic smoking/vaping devices. • Any guests smoking or vaping in Mosaic Stadium will be asked by stadium personnel to stop immediately. Non-compliance or a second instance will result in immediate ejection from the stadium. • Designated smoking areas are provided in the following locations outside of the stadium only (indicated in the map below): • 10th Ave./Armoury parking lot area • South of Confederation Park
