Notice is hereby given that the opening of the postal voters ballot boxes for the following electoral areas;

8:00pm – until all postal votes received by the close of poll have been processed. (This session will take place at Trinity Park Conference and Events Centre, Road, Ipswich, IP3 8UH)

The Returning Officer will give a minimum of 48 hours written notice of any additional opening session to candidates and their agents. If any of the above sessions are cancelled or concluded early, the Returning Officer will endeavour to provide notice both at the venue and at the Council offices.

Candidates are entitled to appoint 1 agent to attend at these proceedings. The names and addresses of appointed agents must be given in writing to the Returning Officer before the start of the opening session.
