Community Service: Continence Management and Advice Service (CMAS). CMAS is a state-wide clinical service operated by Silver Chain. Referrals are accepted from individuals and professionals. They can be contacted on 1300 787 055 or via their website.

Falls Risk Assessment The Falls Specialist Service is based within DTUs located within Departments of Geriatric Medicine (DGM) at Metropolitan Public Hospitals. Referrals stating ‘Falls Assessment’ should be addressed to the DGM of the nearest public hospital
