The Vampire Diaries, particularly the story of Klaus and Caroline. I have watched the series more than three times now, their story always shreds me to pieces, every time. They were never given a proper chance to be a couple, Caroline liked him a lot but because her friends hated him, and she was not sure how to feel about it, she chose to side with her friends. Vampire Diaries ending with Caroline leaving for New Orleans with Klaus would have been a sight for sore eyes. Caroline was not just any girl for Klaus, she was feisty, Photo: Unsplash forward, strong, intelligent and a no-nonsense person that was all new to him, she drew him in and so did he. I honestly feel like they deserved to be together, they had fire. Caroline could have been his redemption. Caroline’s relationship with Stephan Salvatore felt forced, I did not feel anything towards it. They only got together because the love of his life fell in love with his brother, Bonnie had Enzo, I guess it was only fitting for them to almost end up together if it was not for Stephan dying. Stephan and Caroline have absolutely no chemistry. That is the only thing about Vampire SOUL FOOD Diaries that still haunts me to this day.
