Billy FootBahl In the loss at Wisconsin, freshman quarterback Billy Bahl saw his most action of the young season. After attempting just one pass in week one versus Presbyterian, the Woodstock, Ill. native completed 7-of-20 passes for 98 yards against the Badgers. Se- nior Drew Kummer started the game and completed 6-of-14 passes for 62 yards.

Terrific Trio? While Kummer and Bahl took 100-percent of the snaps last week, redshirt freshman Gus Ragland saw extended time in week one under center against the Blue Hose. The Cincinnati, Ohio native completed 2-of-3 passes for 7 yards and added 19 yards rushing in week one.

Early Risers In his first career start, redshirt freshman Alonzo Smith did not disappoint. Smith led the team in carries (12), yards (86) and touchdowns (2) in a victory over Presbyterian.
