It’s the glimmer of hope when times are tough, It’s a bit more patience when we’ve had enough. It’s that thoughtful smile when one’s desperately needed, It’s that extra push, a reason why we’ve succeeded. This part of our personality which never fails to strive, Is the creator of our goals and the source of our drive. We are enthused about life, optimistic about what’s to come, Because the cheerleader inside looks forward to life’s fun. Where does this light come from, where does the ray start? It shines in your mind, but ignites in your heart. The confidence to try, the will to believe, The acceptance of failure and the way to achieve. It’s very close by, its something we trust, It’s the fighter inside, it’s the cheerleader within us. The Lower Makefield Football Association was incorporated on July 16, 2001 although the program has been active since 1994. The LMFA was created with the intent purpose of developing a football program in Lower Makefield Township, where all participants are guaranteed a starting position and the opportunity to play the entire game.

With the exception of Columbus Day weekend all practices and games are held at Macclesfield Park, 1000 River Road in Lower Makfield Township. We take pride in this great tradition and we strive to create opprtunity for our children to learn the fundamentals of football, teamwork and respect for others in a safe, fun environment.

The safety and well being of our athletes is our highest priority. For this reason all volunteers and coaches are required to submit to background checks and must participate in Red Cross certified CPR training.

At LMFA, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety, recreational opportunity and structured youth activity.
