Konstantin Lifschitz

Konstantin Lifschitz performs virtually in every cultural capital in Europe, United States, South America, Australia, Russia, Israel, China and Japan. Among many emi- nent orchestras, with which he has appeared, are the New York Philharmonic, the Chicago Symphony (under Mstislav Rostropovich), the San Francisco Symphony, the Academy of St-Martin’s-in-the-Fields( under Sir Neville Mariner), the Moscow Phil- harmonic (under Yuri Simonov), the Berlin Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra of Bonn (under Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau).

Mr. Lifschitz has also performed as a guest conductor, including his appearance with the famous Moscow Virtuosi orchestra. He became a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music in London in 2003. In 2008 Mr. Lifschitz was appointed as a professor at Hochschule für Musik, Lucerne, Switzerland.
