Cheshire West and Council (CWaC) For decision (5 minutes) – Ward Councillor’s Report (including any as necessary. Highway and Environmental Issues) Councillor Brian Crowe to report on any issues that concern Saughall including progress in respect of the Willow Hey drainage issues. 7. Police For noting (5 minutes) (a) Police Report and decision To receive a report if necessary. (b) Rural Meeting with your Police & Crime Commissioner and Local Police Team Tuesday, 16 October 2018 from 7pm – 8:30pm at the Barbour Institute, High Street, . CH3 9PX. To receive a report on the proceedings. (c) Police and Crime Commissioner’s Meeting with Parish and Town Council Representatives - Tuesday, 13 November 2018 at 6.30pm at Police Station. Location: Brookside Farm Cottage, Parkgate Road. An extension for comments was initially not granted by the Planning Authority and the reasons behind this were circulated to Members. Following further representations by the Clerk the extension has now been agreed. (ii) 18/03905/OUT Proposal: Erection of one dwelling (outline). Location: Land at The Croft and No. 27 Crofters Way, Seahill Road.

Page 5 (iii) 18/03705/FUL Proposal: Proposed boundary fence and conversion & extension of existing garage and outbuildings to holiday let accommodation. Location: Astbury Cottage, North Parkgate Road. (iv) 18/03995/FUL Proposal: Replacement of existing annexe to main house with new annexe building. Location: The Grange, Coalpit Lane. The Council’s representatives at this event were Councillors A Bailey, Mrs JE Storrar, A Warrington, Mrs JM Young and PP Young. 17. Communications Received (3 minutes) To note the following communications received:  A letter from the Treasurer to All Saints PCC thanking the Council for its financial contribution to the kitchen extension and other improvement works is attached.  Cheshire Rural Touring Arts – Autumn 2018  Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Museums, Exhibitions & Events – October 2018 - January 2019.  Consultation letter (Emailed to all Members on 10 October 2018) on the Statutory Review of Cheshire West and Chester’s Polling Districts and Polling Place – Section 18C of the Representation of the People Act 1983. The consultation period ends on 7 November 2018.  Email dated 23 October 2018 informing that Cheshire Community Action’s AGM was being held at 10am on Wednesday, 7 November 2018 at Memorial Hall. The details were circulated to all members on 30 October 2018.
