This is a titling event under CARO rules and regulations. CARO recognized and approved. For more info go to http://www.canadianrallyo.ca/ Facility Information: LIMITED Crating area for dogs inside, first come first served. There are indoor washrooms inside the building. Parking is available in our marked DogWorks stalls on the East, North, and a couple on the West side of the building. Please DO NOT park in the stalls marked with “Mayflower” parking signs on it. All dogs must be kept in a vehicle, crate, or on leash when not in the ring. Any dog with disruptive behavior (ie. excessing barking/whining) in crating area should be crated in a vehicle instead. We are unable to provide a public snack table due to covid, but we will have a water cooler for refilling water bottles. Please bring your own water bottle or snacks if you wish.

COVID Info: Please do not attend the fun match if you have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days or if you have any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES WHILE INSIDE THE BUILDING. Including Walkthroughs. However, you will not need to wear one during your competition runs. For the limited crated spaces inside, please ONLY crate in the marked spaces as they are measured out to provide adequate distancing from others. Competitors ONLY inside the building please, if you have multiple dogs, we will allow 1 human per dog to attend. (Unless arrangements have been made for additional guests to volunteer) Please maintain at least 6’ of space between you and any other person. Hand sanitizer will be available at main entrances. If you are helping with course building, please make sure to use hand sanitizer before and after handling the signs.

Volunteers For an event to run smoothly and on time, we rely on our competitors to volunteer and help us out throughout the day with course building, timing, etc. So if we need a hand please step up so we can keep everything running on time! Everyone likes to go home early!

Closing Date is Nov 1st, 2020 or when the trial is full. There shall be no refund for entries withdrawn or cancelled after the closing date, or in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal. If your dog is unable to compete due to a medical condition, we will to issue a refund upon receipt of proof from your veterinarian.

The person who signs this agreement represents that he/she (“I”) is authorized to enter into this agreement. I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual owner of the dog entered hereon. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I/we (“I”) have read, and understand and will abide by the Official Rules and Regulations of the Canadian Association of Rally Obedience (CARO) in the effect at the time of this entry, and by any additional rules and regulations set out by DogWorks Training Inc. (DogWorks), Happy Dogs Hiking and Raw Food Inc. (HDR). I certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or other dogs. I agree that DogWorks has the right to refuse this entry for cause, which the organization shall deem to be sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of hosting of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog participate or be judged, I agree to hold the organization, its members, officers and directors, CARO, and its officers and directors, sponsors of the event, owners of the premises upon which the event is held and their employees, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death, or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes. I agree to absolve DogWorks of any liability if I, any of my guests, or my dogs contract any illness while attending an event hosted by HDR or DogWorks. I assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefore, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, howsoever such injuries, death or damage may be caused, any whether or not the same may have been caused or may have been alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties any of their employees or agent, or any other person.
