12 Wednesday August 18th, afternoon Visit to : - Fondation Bodmer : tour the magnificent collection of ancient manuscripts, printed books from the Renaissance and original manuscripts and letters from famous authors, starting with papyrus codices and finishing with beautiful prints. - Fondation Hardt pour l’Étude de l’Antiquité : visit the magnificent center for the study of classical Antiquity, where scholars from all over the world come to spend a few weeks in a quiet and stimulating atmosphere. For all those interested, chartered city buses will take us to both places. The ride takes about 15 minutes. There will be two shifts – leaving at the same time from Uni Mail – that will alternate between both foundations.

Meeting place and time : in front of Uni Mail at 14:00 sharp. We cannot wait for latecomers. We will be back in town around 17:30 . The visits are free of charge (transportation and entry).
