This addendum to EC-89/S/2 (dated 19 September 2018) contains relevant information for the period up to 17 May 2019. In August 2018, the Director-General sent letters to the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the four remaining States not Party urging their countries to join the Convention and inviting them to attend the Twenty-Third Session of the Conference and the Fourth Review Conference.
